 100+ Door Knockers
In a typical week, The Salvation Army will provide people in need with an estimated 100,000 meals. It provides beds to 5,000 homeless people, rehabilitation to 500 addicted and refuge to 400 victims of domestic abuse. It also provides counselling to several thousand people. When you go door knocking you find many people who say to they were wondering when you were going turn up. People want to donate so lets make sure they can. The more door knockers show up on the 29th the more the Salvo’s can do to serve our community, so lets give them a hand. Join us on Saturday May 29th to door knock for the Salvation Army Red Sheild Appeal, and then Join us at a special after party. We’re looking for 100 + willing people. For those who collect on the day there is a special after party @ Youth Arc. Live music & Free Pizza Hut Pizza.
